Charter Oak Cultural Center

#GivingTuesday is on Tuesday, December 3!

On #GivingTuesday, all donations will be matched up to a total of $5,000 for each participating grantee or $20,000 for the full day. If you donate between 11am and 1pm, your donation will not only be doubled, but 100% of the money we raise during that time will go directly to Charter Oak Cultural Center. Please visit our #GivingTuesday page on 12/3 to support high-quality music education that transforms children's lives.

About Charter Oak Cultural Center

Charter Oak Cultural Center provides free classes in the arts to nearly 1,000 underserved Hartford young people, presents multi-cultural artistic programming made accessible to the Hartford inner-city community for free or at a very low cost, works extensively with the homeless community, and presents performances and exhibits that address issues of cultural, political and social relevance. Charter Oak's unique programming is housed in an equally unique, beautiful historic property built in 1876 as the first synagogue in Connecticut.
